Absolutely stunning place, brekkie was the best—lekker buffet and hot menu. Staff were so chill and attentive, really felt at home! And man, the spa! Just what we needed after long days out exploring the city.

Only downside was the check-in area felt a bit weird, like there’s no real lobby.

An excellent choice! Located on the vibrancy of Floriańska Street, just moments from the main square. The room was spacious and comfortable, while the rooftop terrace offered a great place for evening drinks. The warm and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Don't miss the fantastic breakfast buffet!

Although the room decor could elevate the luxury feel, it was clean and well-maintained throughout the stay.

previously, i stayed in basic accommodations, but this one night at the hotel truly wowed me. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a delightful spa area that offered the perfect escape after a long day. the dining experience was exceptional, with fantastic steak and pasta.

Incredible buffet breakfast featuring high-quality made-to-order dishes alongside a satisfying selection from the buffet. The spa offers exquisite facilities, with two excellent massages that provided a relaxing end to long days of sightseeing.

For a five-star experience, the room decor felt a bit lacking in luxury, lacking the 'wow' factor expected at this price point. Noise from a nearby club disrupted sleep on multiple nights, but switching rooms improved the situation slightly. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times. the bathroom amenities were standard at best, not living up to the expectations with some fluctuations in hot water during showers and a lack of shelf space for personal items.

Great spot in the old town!

The location was spot on, just a short walk from everything! Staff were super nice and the in-room breakfast was fabulous—way better than I expected. Had the cleanest room and comfy bed, but wish the fitness center had more equipment available. a solid stay with some nice touches.

Had an amazing time here! The pool and sauna were super relaxing after our long days of exploring, and the breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen, everything was so fresh and delicious. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty in some areas, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

The location is unbeatable, right at the main old town square with loads of food options around. Rooftop bar is a must-visit, especially in warmer weather,, and the breakfast is top-notch some days -- you're gonna love it.

Service could be more consistent, as I spotted some staff still gaining experience and occasionally seemed overwhelmed.
